Mimo Monitor's Progress on RoHS

Mimo Monitors is committed to protecting the environment. An important priority for Mimo Monitors was the implementation of RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) requirements globally. Mimo Monitors has met all the RoHS requirements currently in effect, most well in advance of their implementation dates.

• Mimo Monitors Products meet the requirement of Directive 2011/65/EC on the restriction of the use of the certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (“RoHS 2”). Mimo Monitors products sold in the European Union, from the 21st July 2019, meet the requirement of Commission Delegated Directive (EU 2015/863) amending Directive 2011/65/EU.

• Mimo Monitors products sold in California, on or after January 1, 2014, meet the requirements of “California’s RoHS” (SB 20,50).

• Mimo Monitors products sold in South Korea, on or after January 1, 2014, meet the requirements of South Korea's equivalent of EU RoHS.

• Mimo Monitors products sold in India, on or after January 1, 2014, meet the requirements of the India E-waste (Management) Rules (“India RoHS”).

• Mimo Monitors products sold in Thailand, on or after January 1, 2014, meet the requirements of Restriction of the use of Certain Hazardous Substances TIS 2368-2551, 2008(“Thailand RoHS”).

• Mimo Monitors products sold in the People’s Republic of China, on or after January 1, 2016, meet the requirements of Management Methods for the Restriction of the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Products (“China RoHS 2”).

• Mimo Monitors products sold in Singapore, on or after July 1, 2017, meet the requirements of Government Gazette order No. S 263/2016 Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment in Singapore(“SG-RoHS”).

• Mimo Monitors products sold in Taiwan, on or after July 1, 2017, meet the requirements of CNS 15663-2013 Guidance to reduction of the restricted chemical substances in electrical and electronic equipment (“Taiwan RoHS”).

Mimo Monitors complies with RoHS requirements in each geography and country in which our products are sold worldwide.
