Mimo Monitors Commitment To Privacy
This Privacy Policy is applicable worldwide for Mimo Display, LLC, d/b/a Mimo Monitors (“Mimo Monitors”) Web-Sites (“Sites”) and explains how we collect and use information and data you provide to us while visiting our Sites that can be used to identify an individual (“Personal Data”). Mimo Monitors is committed to protecting any Personal Data that you may provide to us or that we collect during your visit of our Site.
In general, you can visit this Site without telling us who you are or revealing Personal Data, except for your IP address. During your Site visit, we collect certain information, including but not limited to domain and host names, number of Site users, pages viewed, areas of interest of users and viewing patterns. In addition, through the Site, we automatically gather certain non-personally identifiable information about the use of the Site, such as how frequently certain areas of the Site are visited, including through the use of cookies, web beacons and other technologies. This gives us valuable information about your customer shopping experience and is used only to improve your experience with our Sites. Sharing
We do not sell or lease Personal Data about you to any third-parties for their marketing use. We may employ third party companies to perform functions on our behalf. These functions may include order fulfillment, package delivery, marketing assistance, postal and e-mail delivery, customer service, data analysis, and credit processing. We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices (in particular device's IP address (captured and stored only in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred language used to display our website). Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile. Registration
In order to process your orders placed on our Sites, you must first complete the registration form. This Personal Data is used to provide you with important Mimo Monitors services such as automated order status updates via e-mail. At this time, you may also opt-in for marketing purposes. Order
Most of the Personal Data collected in the registration process will be used to process orders. During the order process, you will have to provide financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date, money order, wire transfer or check information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this contact information to get in touch with you. To properly process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. This process is protected by an enhanced security system. We do not share your financial information with any third parties, except as noted above. Upon successful completion of your web order, we do not store credit card information.
Cookies
We use cookies (which are small pieces of information that your browser stores on your computer's hard drive) to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart, understand and save your preferences for future visits and compile aggregate data about Site traffic and Site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. Unify Meeting and other Software products
- We use Google, Zoom, and/or Microsoft Login API for users to log in from our "Unify Meeting" application. This data is used for validating to the respective companies and to allow access to some personal information. The login data, if stored, is stored locally on each user's system and is never shared to or stored by Mimo Monitors.
- After Login, the user can use the Unify Meeting calendar page and view their calendar events/meeting. Here we sync the User's Calendar events/meeting with our application calendar. The calendar data, if stored, is stored locally on each user's system and is never shared to or stored by Mimo Monitors.
- When clicking on any event/meeting, the user can view the details of the event. Like Date & Time of meeting, Meeting link.
- Users can also create a new Event/Meeting from our application. Here we have used each company's Create Meeting/Event API.
- While creating a Meeting/Event from our application, we also provide the autosuggest feature. Here we use Google's users API which helps to get the Logged In user's contact list and allows us to pick the User and send Meeting invitations. The contact data, if stored, is stored locally on each user's system and is never shared to or stored by Mimo Monitors.
- THE ONLY COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE UNIFY MEETING SOFTWARE AND A MIMO MONITORS SYSTEM IS TO VALIDATE THE LICENSE KEY
- No user login, contact, or calendar data from within Unify Meeting will ever be used or sold by Mimo Monitors.
Marketing Purposes
If you have declared your express consent, we may use your Personal Data to contact you in order to provide you with information about our products, services, offers and news that may be of interest to you.

Mimo Monitors Sites may contain links to other sites. While we make reasonable efforts to try to link only to sites that share our high standards and respect for privacy, these third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Children’s Privacy
This Site is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from or about children, and we do not knowingly market our products or services to children. If we learn we have collected Personal Data regarding a child under the age of 18, we will remove that Data.

If you request removal of your Personal Data, you understand and agree that residual information may continue to reside in Mimo Monitors records and archives as far as permitted by law (e.g. for accounting purposes). However, we agree not to use such Personal Data for business purposes.
Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our Members who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the Personal Data (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of Personal Data that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
